Spring Canyon Homes specializes in Log Construction.  We buy our logs directly from the mill.  We Provide the Following Services:  Turn Key:  We can build your custom log cabin or home from the ground up to a complete finished project.  Assembly:  We will work with your General Contractor to assemble our logs on your foundation.  Pre Cut Kits:  We can custom design a log package for you, and provide you with a blue print and complete set of instructions for owner build.

We offer 4 different log styles:  Cabin Grade Swedish Cope:  These logs are our best seller for a couple of reasons.  Cabin Grace logs are our most economical logs.  They are also logs with the most imperfections.  These imperfections give our homes more character and more rustic appeal than our Premium Swedish Cope.  These logs come in random length so there could be some butt splices in long wall sections.  We use a method of hard wood doweling and sealant to join all butt splices.  This process insures a very good weather seal and also stabilizes the log ends.  Premium Swedish Cope.  These logs will have nearly no imperfections.  They still come in random lengths but can also be  ordered in full lengths so there will be no butt splices.  Both styles of Swedish Cope come in diameters from 8" to 12".  Double T&G "D" Logs.  These logs are milled from square timbers to have 1 round side and 3 flat sides.  The top and bottom of each log is Tongue and Grooved.  The logs are for home owners who want a log look from the outside and flat walls on the inside.  Our "D" logs come in 6"x6", 6"x8" and 8"x8".  Hand Crafted:  These logs are not milled, but are simply hand peeled with a draw knife.  They are random in diameters and come full length.  This log is our most expensive, but create the most authentic looking homes.  These logs will need to be chinked on the inside and out.
